The more I study history the more I realize that the skeletal framework of the Hegelian dialectic is ultimately true, even if Hegel’s presuppositions and conclusions are not. Think about Haiti. Today there is as much or little suffering as there is when the periodic news coverage of the sudden emergency blitz across the corp media gets the UN to collect donations and NGOs rush in and build a shack and dig-around old water-wells enough that video is taken, and then the money is pocketed like the $10 Billion Clinton Foundation collected and built a few shacks, and packed-up as soon as cameras put-away until 3-5 years repeat starts again.
If Haiti starts getting better in those years than some imaginary reason created for National Sanctions, or something would be done to worsen the suffering.
To even start to really improve the black poverty situation the real Key-Log would be allowed. IQ correlates very well with poverty, regardless of race, because race only is a factor when it's falsely used for political power and excuses for their failures blaming whites and majority culture.
Can you guess why anyone that discusses IQ averages in the races (actually it's geographic region accessors came from)?

When blood is thinning, a tribe brings foreign women. When culture is unraveling, another either subsumes it or replaces it. These are the gentic and religious migrations seen inside Europe of the last millennium.
If this was a swinging pendulum, then ask how much has it slowed down. Will it center out in its next iteration. Pendulums do eventually stop.
